Leadership has always been a strange word for me. I was raised in a household that defined success strictly through achievements and leadership was considered one of those achievements that checked all the boxes on paper. But I’ve never been the typical bold, fearless, and strong leader—my strength is in my compassion. I really care about everyone and want to help them along their own unique journeys. And that was something I never dreamed would be a good leadership quality, but Alignment Leadership taught me that I already had everything I needed to be a great leader. With Alignment Leadership, I’m not crippled by the conventional idea of success in leadership. I can be myself and still be the leader that my people need.
