My background is in accounting, so for a long time, I found significance in black and white numbers. That was where I saw value—in the metrics of people’s output and what they could show me they were capable of. But when I found Alignment Leadership, I learned that numbers didn’t matter. It’s about what people bring just by being themselves. I found my strength in always taking chances whenever there’s an opportunity and it defines how I lead today. Alignment Leadership showed me that there’s nothing better than watching others shine, especially when it comes from their own gifts. To watch them improve and rise up because of who they are is why I do what I do and that wouldn’t be possible without Alignment Leadership.
